Sayeh Roghanian | VP
Sayeh completed her education in Civil Engineering in 2012 from BCIT. She not only had a passion for engineering, but also that of architectural design, completing courses simultaneously. In 2013, Sayeh went home to Iran, working as a consultant for Arina Polymer, a concrete admixtures company based in Tehran with international reach. In 2015 her work in material consulting, managing the retrofitting and reinforcement of a historical structure contributed to her company winning “Best Structural Implementation of the Year”. This was the highlight of many incredible projects she had the opportunity to work on until returning to Vancouver in 2016 to be with her family. Since January 2016, she has been working as designer and project manager with Fraction Construction continuing the legacy of her family’s dedication to high quality and service in the construction industry.
